When watching videos about AI or having conversations with people about it, what I hear mostly I’d characterize as a relationship one has to technology, like a very smart computer. 

And while I agree with AI being characterized as a kind of technology, I prefer to consider AI offerings more like agencies that allow me to outsource certain activities to a service provide such as a marketing agency, a designer, a programmer, and even “agencies” such as attorneys and business consultants.

Why is that relevant, you might ask. There are many aspects to that, and these are just a few:

  2. Process
  3. Expected results

When you hire a marketing agency for a campaign – the cost involves paying for their expertise and services. The process typically includes strategy development, creative design, implementation, and monitoring. The expected results are usually defined at the beginning and may vary based on the campaign’s goals, the timeline, and the budget.
